Special regulations at the NatureTheatre's events

Transfer options / Poor weather options

In the event of poor weather conditions, we reserve the right to transfer the tickets for certain events to the King Albert Theater  or to  the KunstWandelhalle or the Royal Convalescene Kurhaus. The decision regarding this option will be made at the latest by 12:00pm on the event day. The event's current status can be accessed on the NatureTheatre Bad Elster's website, or via the Tourist Information Bad Elster (037437/53 900).

The relocation of certain events to the King Albert Theatre may also be planned in advance (reference seating system). Bookings from price groups 1 and 2 will receive a seat at the King Albert Theatre. Booked tickets from other price groups (3 and 5 as well as 11 and 12) do not have a claim to seating - the sale price will be refunded! Tickets that are eligible for a seat at the King Albert Theatre are marked with the respective reference seat, ineligible tickets are marked "no seat claim".

In the event of a sold-out production at the König Albert Theatre, tickets for seats without a reference number  can be redeemed for a refund of the ticket price upon submission of bank account information at the Tourist Information Bad Elster Kgl. Kurhaus, 08645 Bad Elster up to 14 days after the cancelled event. Possibly paid advance-sale fees, commissions or other fees will not be refunded. The refund must be via electronic transfer. Tickets purchased as a group cannot be refunded individually. Due to accounting reasons, tickets returned after the 14-day limit cannot be refunded.
